It's actually pretty nice, which is quite the juxtaposition to my initial reaction which was to try to wash it off. Flower by Kenzo is a rich and refined scent, possessing a powdery elegance that captivates the senses with amber and floral notes.

And, it lingers for days on clothes I have worn (I could still smell it when I am about to throw them into washing machine).It is very recognizable and if it were discontinued it would be like one of the many basic shades of perfume would be missing from the palette. To me it is all about violet, by far the strongest note, but green and sharp violet, very much like what violet smells on its own.

Clean jasmine rounds out this scent as it develops, sweetened by the vanilla in the base and joined by powdery rose and iris.
